The authorities decided to invite swifts into the area - birds that feed primarily on mosquitoes and small biting flies. Planning permission has been aproved and tower is now being assembled in factory.
CITY PUBLIC TOILETS ///
A design for compact and environmentally friendly public toilets with kiosk.
PASSIVE HOUSE DESIGNER CERTIFICATION ///
We have obtained an official Passive House Designer Certificate issued by the Passive House Institute in Darmstadt. It is a fact that new buildings can be designed in such a way that they consume only a small fraction of the energy used by conventional houses. Far more than 10,000 Passive Houses have been built all over Europe - buildings, whose space heating demand equals only about one tenth compared to the average building stock. The quality requirements for the Passive House standard were compiled quite some years ago and all relevant information is published and freely accessible on the internet. All this cannot, however, replace the careful designer/architect with a sound understanding of the associated technical background knowledge.
PASSIVE HOUSE TRADESPERSON CERTIFICATION ///
We have obtained an official certificate issued by the Passive House Institute in Darmstadt, confirming our knowledge of a passive house subject. The Passive House Institute is an independent research institute which played an especially crucial role in the development of the Passive House concept. Passive House Institute has assumed a leading position with regard to research on and development of construction concepts, building components, planning tools and quality assurance for especially energy efficient buildings.

A10-new European architecture, is the only architecture magazine that highlights architecture from a European perspective.
see the project
Our work was awarded in the international design competition for the new vision of the loft. The 3rd edition of the competition was organized by one of the world’s leading roof window manufacturers FAKRO in cooperation with the international magazine for architects A10.
This conceptual design highlights the neglected site flanking one of the most popular open public spaces in Ireland. The industrial concrete block and associated buildings for long has been enrolled into silhouette of the area but the development plan for the site has never been established as a consistent for whole. Deprived of care buildings deteriorate which makes refurbishment more difficult year after year...
